Bill has been around softball in a coaching and mentoring capacity for over 15 years, beginning with coaching his daughter at North Edison Baseball and Softball at the 8u level. After one season of coaching his daughter, he became the VP of softball for two years while coaching both the recreation and all-star teams in the 8u and 10u age groups. While coaching at the 10u level the team earned their first ever birth to USSSA nationals.

In an effort to build greater presence and participation in softball locally he moved with other trusted coaches to the Edison Angels where the program grew from 1 to 7 teams in one year's time. As a coach on the 14u club staff he contributed to a top 4 finish at Pony nationals. On that team Bill's primarily responsibility was pitching and practice planning.

Taking a break from coaching he focused on supporting his daughter's dream and journey to recruitment as a college softball player. During that time, he coordinated/conducted Winter training for her Varsity team at Bishop Ahr High School in Edison.  His daughter Alyssa eventually committed and completed a 4-year career as a pitcher at Iona University.  Alyssa now coaches and offers pitching lessons at Untamed.

Beginning in the Spring of 2021 Bill began a two year stint the assistant coach at Notre Dame High School in Lawrenceville, NJ where helped lead them to a county championship.

Bill currently coaches the Untamed 14U Navy (2nd year) team and trains over 30 young athletes for pitching and hitting from 8u-college age.
