Stephanie began her youth coaching career in 2022 at the 8u level in New Providence, NJ. In 2024, she joined Coach Mike Luciano with Untamed 10u and has since progressed to coaching the 12u level within the Untamed Organization.

Stephanie's coaching style focuses on developing well-rounded athletes through strong fundamentals. She emphasizes solid technique and the patience required for long-term growth, while maintaining a high level of organization for efficient practices. She incorporates creative drills and a strategic perspective, helping players understand the "why" behind their actions and empowering them to grow as smart, capable young athletes. Growing up she played for Union Township.

Beyond the field, Stephanie is NASE certified in Speed and Explosion and is an avid athlete who trains for short and long-course triathlons. She also works full-time as an Executive Assistant at Verizon and holds a degree in Business Management from Kean University.
